The Basic Principles and Crucial Points of the Healthy Church Life
Over the past two days, the saints gathered together for a rich and uplifting fellowship centered on the theme:
“The Basic Principles and Crucial Points of the Healthy Church Life”
The fellowship covered the following key topics:
- The Sovereignty of the Holy Spirit
- Having Christ as the Content
- The Bible as the Unique Standard
- Holding the Ground of Locality as One
- Abide in the apostles’ teaching and fellowship
- Abiding in the Fellowship of the Body of Christ (with Other Churches)
- Growing into the Golden Lampstand — Becoming the Lord’s Testimony
The gathering included mainly local saints from Tanzania, along with saints who came from Congo. Although from different backgrounds and places, all the saints were blended together in one spirit and one fellowship in the Lord.
Through the ministry, fellowship, prayer, and mutual sharing, many received a fresh and deeper vision concerning the church life and the Lord’s desire for His testimony on the earth. The atmosphere was full of joy, mutual encouragement, and spiritual supply. The saints were greatly enlightened concerning the genuine ground of the church, the oneness of the Body of Christ, and the practical living of the church life according to the Scriptures.
We thank the Lord for His speaking, His presence, and the sweet fellowship among all the saints. May the Lord continue to strengthen and build up His church in Tanzania, Congo, and throughout the earth for the fulfillment of His eternal purpose.
